telling ideas in story and song

Tom Blackmore and Sue Casson have been telling ideas in story and song all their working lives.

Their first theatre company, Capers, produced the first Mystery plays at Southwark Cathedral and Casson's PRS prize-winning musical Two Tigers at the Edinburgh Fringe. The Happy Prince was presented at the first Fringe on the Green in Buxton, and went a to Bristol QEH, Oxford OFS and London's Bridewell. They have a long tradition of producing cabaret - at various London venues including Jermyn Street Theatre, seasonal shows at Chiddingstone Castle in Kent, and festivals including Edinburgh, Sevenoaks, Devizes and in New York.

They founded professional theatre group English Cabaret, in 2012, to provide a platform for their work on stage in shows and cabaret and recently online. Their children, Lily and Robert, as they have grown up, have increasingly become part of the company, enriching productions with their skills.
